  • Handmade or artisan items may have unique variations in design, size, or finish.

III. Orders and Payments

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via the payment methods provided on our website.
  • Prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

IV. Delivery

  • Fast EU Delivery: Our suppliers are primarily based within the European Union, ensuring faster delivery times of 5–10 business days for most orders.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to stock availability, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sweet Home Fitting is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

V. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed once the supplier confirms the return of the item. Refunds may exclude initial shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault in the product.

VI. Limitations of Liability

  • Sweet Home Fitting is not liable for minor variations in product appearance or delays caused by shipping providers.
  • Any damage during transit should be reported to us immediately upon receipt.

VII. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, text, and design elements, is the property of Sweet Home Fitting or our suppliers and is protected under intellectual property laws.
